By road:
In a car: Alicante has two major road access points. If you are entering via the coastal road, whether you are coming from the north (Valencia) or from the south (Murcia) you have to take the national road 340 or on the toll motorway AP7. If you are coming from inland Spain the road you should take is the National 330

By Ferry: Alicante is a town that is right on the coast and has a port with direct links to Oran in Argelia and to the island named Tabarca. From Alicante province you can also go to Denia and tae the ferry to Ibiza.

The train station in Alicante has connections with all the major cities in Spain and with various European stations.

By Plane:
The Altet airport in Alicante is only 10km from the main town centre. From this international airport you have links to several European and Spanish cities. From Alicante airport a large number of chartered planes fly. If you arrive by plane to Alicante you can hire a cheap car to be able to move around easily in the area.
