I was impressed that my car had been cleaned without me asking for it to be done and free of charge.It was the first time I had used your service and I was worried when it took 6 calls for your operator to answer my phone call when arriving with my car. Equally, it took another 6 cars to advise of my return. Apart from that I was happy with the service and would use you again but please, ensure your employees have hands-free available to them so they can answer phone calls more quickly.
